Shining (NOR) will be swooping through the whole of Europe in October/November for their release tour of the new album “International Blackjazz Society”.
The critically acclaimed Australian progressive alternative rock band Caligula’s Horse has already been announced as special guests. Today, Shining have announced that they are also adding the young and promising Norwegian hardcore band Jack Dalton to the bill.

The Blackjazzers’ frontman Jørgen Munkeby comments: “I was very happy that we managed to get Caligula’s Horse on board for this tour, as they both fit our Blackjazz music well, while also bringing some extra variation to the musical menu. Now that we’ve added Jack Dalton to the evening, I feel that this night is complete. All three bands play heavy music, but each have their own unique and interesting twist to it. I’ve also personally been a fan of Jack Dalton for a long time, and was glad to accept their offer when they asked me to produce their first EP. Shining’s new album “International Blackjazz Society” will be out worldwide on Spinefarm Records on Oct 23.
Caligula’s Horse will be releasing their new album “Bloom” on Oct 16 through Inside Out Records in Europe.
